This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases from SJZ Mart (sjzmart.com), operated by SJ PROFESSIONAL SERVICES INC. All prices and refunds are in U.S. dollars (USD).

30-Day Returns

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email info@sjzmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective: opened pet products, toiletry bags that have been used, and personalized items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship by contacting us promptly. Orders that have shipped are handled as returns.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
